PINC & STEEL is more than just helping people after cancer, it is about giving hope, strength and courage.
Our PINC & STEEL Group Programs are designed for anyone affected by cancer—during or after treatment. Each class is led by a certified PINC & STEEL Oncology Physiotherapist and provides personalised support within a safe, welcoming group environment.
No matter your age, fitness level, or mobility, these programs offer a space to move, connect, and rebuild strength with others who understand the cancer recovery journey.
We offer four distinct group programs to meet different recovery needs. Your PINC & STEEL Physiotherapist will recommend the most suitable program for you.
Designed for individuals at different stages of treatment and recovery, these classes focus on breaking down barriers and building confidence. Targeted Classes help participants transition from individual to group-based rehab, fostering connection and independence. Run once a week for 6 weeks.
